He was lovely, polite and went out of his way to help me out. As one key didn't quite work. We tried lubricating the lock after he slightly reshaped my key. Then advised me to come back if it still didn't work. Which I did and he cut a whole new key. It's when things go wrong that you can tell a man, or a business. Took a pair of shoes in to have a strap over the instep shortened. When I got home and looked at them, not only was the job shoddy and amateurish, but the strap had been cut and re-glued in such a way that it would not sit on my foot at all. I took it back a d he says he can fix it. Went back a second time and in my opinion the shoes are completely ruined. Not only does the strap not fit over my foot correctly, but it has now been cut so short that it is beyond repair. My 9 yo grandson could have done a better job. The most unprofessional shoe repair I have ever seen.

Had a shocker the other day and spilt diesel fuel all over my expensive dress shoes. The boys were quick to help me and spent a lot of their time scrubbing and shampooing my shoes. Just great customer service and very helpful
