Was refused entry for not scanning the qr code nor writing down my name, a process which is not mandatory. Nice attitude Oakley, took my business to ray ban.

Great shop, wide selection, nice, intelligent and very helpful stuff.

Rang to ask if they had stock of an item before making the drive. Was told they had in stock, upon arrival was told bluntly they didn't have in stock, they hadn't even checked and when I asked why I was told they had it in stock on the phone he got aggressive and tried to blame me that he got it wrong. What a disappointing experience. Can't rate zero stars or I would.
