Very bad customer service. The lady never did a smile. Asked if they had a size of a jacket and rudely she said no. Then asked if a product was in stock and she pretended to look in a couple of places and said she couldn't find it. I tried a dress on my daughter (16 m.o)which I ended up buy but to avoid another chasing her around the shop to remove the dress, I asked to scan it on her. Instead this lady ripped off the tag behind her neck directly from her dress. I am so upset with myself to not have said anything on the spot! Very rude and most useless shopping assistant ever

Love the range and staff very helpful

Went in on Tuesday needed a suit for my son which I was told by another staff member the week before on a Monday who was quite rude that they always have plenty and they didn’t have the size I needed was served by a lovely lady I think your store manager not sure and today got a call saying the suit had arrived not only that she got me in touch with another lady at harbour town that took the pants up for me. I was so happy she completed the outfit with a tie fitted my son for shoes and was so lovely I can’t thank her enough great customer service and a great brand ambassador for your company. I recommend the Adelaide store for all your kids needs and this lovely lady definitely going back.

Great place for kids clothes and staff are friendly and helpful

Very disappointed in this store(nasty lady working on monday 11/6/18), an 80+ yr old lady with a walker infront of me wanted to exchange a an item she bought yesterday for a smaller size.The lady behind the counter told her she can not exchange without a receipt.nI understand this is store policy but this was an exchange not a refund.nThis 80+ year old with a walker was turned away.nThis store lost many customers to this bitter and rude lady behind the counter.
