DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Purchased an item on the 25/11 (I’m in Sydney, they’re in SA) and still haven’t received it to this day. Spoke with them last week and they advised for me to wait yet another week for the item to arrive. I advised that we had already exceeded the expected due date by 8 days but that was still not good enough for them and I was told again to wait.nI then asked for a refund yet again due to the fact o needed this item a week ago for a birthday, I was told to wait for the item to arrive, then return to sender and I will then get a refund?!!!! They then advised they’d refund me, it’s been 2-3 days since and I’ve just received a notification from PayPal that the transfer is taking longer than it should so they’re following up with them AGAIN! The customer service was actually disgusting, I literally am now out of pocket for an item that never arrived and they are now stuffing me around with the money that is actually owed to me.
