Sunbury Sawasdee Siam Thai Massage

I used to really love this place and would promote it to my friends and family because I've previously had amazing massage therapists and sessions from this place. However, I have since recently experienced a sharp decline in their services. The man who performed my massage performed a half-hearted job and did not try to explore all the muscles in my body that I had told him I wanted him to massage and had to tell him again. He claimed he was an expert twice but in truth he was creepy, kept staring, condescending, did an overall lacklustre job and made unwarranted comments about my body and said I looked 11 years older than my actual age. I travelled back home in a daze. I was in such a shock that he had the gall to be so rude. I am never going back and strongly suggest that you take your money elsewhere. Such a waste for what I paid for. They have also raised the prices from a few months back. Everything is $5 more expensive for the same service and I have no doubt the prices will continue to rise. It used to be $55 but now it is $60 for the exact same thing. No increase in quality to justify the price hike. Doesn't even deserve a star at this point. But since it is the required minimum, I will give it a reluctant star. UPDATE: I have made a formal complaint to the staff and they have let him go as they have experienced other issues with him. It turns out that other people have complained about him as well. They have also offered me a free massage as compensation but is unwilling to give a monetary refund which is disappointing but doesn't bother me too much as the man is now no longer working there. For that, I will upgrade my review to three stars as they do have a history of giving good massages in the past.

Best massage I’ve ever had! Highly recommend. I came in with a stiff and sore back and I walked out feeling amazing!!! Staff were also very nice and friendly and I felt very welcomed. Definitely going back next week.

Olivia is a very skilled therapist. I can see that she is really passionate about helping people with muscle aches and pains. She helped me with my pains as an athlete, speeding up my muscle recovery. She also helped me while i was pregnant, and took the time to explain to me what ingredients are in her aromatherapy oil. She chooses good quality oil and it was safe for my baby. On my request she specifically focused on my stretch marks, cellulites and back pain. I walked out of the treatment glowing and feeling lighter. I will be going back to her for my postpartum swelling.

exceptional service at Sawasdee Thai Massage Parlour. i walked in after a long day at the office and was greeted by Julia who is very polite and assisted me with all my queries. My massage was magnificent, best i’ve felt in months. thank you to everyone there!!!!!!!!!!!

Third time and it will be the last time, will never come back again. 2nd time was not great, and thought to give them benefit of doubt, so I and my Hubby went back for a couple massage today. Specifically rang for a specific Therapist, booked it in, as i arrived, we paid for the treatment,, she then told me she injured her hand, and she won't be able to do my massage, and someone else will carry the treatment but she will help a bit, She did came and help first 5 mins, then handed it over to a VERY untrained therapist, who overly used her knees to massage my waist. And she just massage half of my neck and did not follow through any of my focused areas. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.. Where as my partner 's therapist - was just OK, covering him up basically in oil. Probably could deep fried food with that amount of oil. Not recommended at ALL to anyone! To management - please trained your staff. This is very unacceptable. VERY dishonest staff! Why take on a Bookings then? If your therapist is injured. Why not tell us from beginning.
