I was very impressed in the action that Adelaide Marble took in replacing our bench top where we had a lot of difficulty elsewhere. It may have taken a while to get in contact, however I always had a phone call to follow up. The end result was excellent and I would be happy to highly recommend the company.
This company has a good range of stone at cheap rates (compared to other specialists in Adelaide). However their project coordination is poor and customer service even worse. Upfront payment is required as well as a credit card surcharge. Poor communication between the sales office, factory and installation teams causes mistakes to occur and extended delays, holding up other trades waiting to complete kitchen installations. The end result was good but the journey to get there stressful. Vague explanation and no apology is offered to customers who are kept in the dark when issues arise.
Sorry - your costumer service by the lady at the front desk at the Wingfield premises was not very professional and wasn't interested in customer service. There are many other places with so much better service.
Adelaide Marble has installed 3 granite benchtops for our kitchen in two stages and their service is amazing. Adriana has incredible memory that she even remembers our preference when the quote was done a year ago! The provided all the detailed information we need, including how to do the maintenance by ourselves. All staff were very patient and helpful throughout the process. We cannot be happier with the quality result. Now kitchen bench has become my favourite spot in the house! Thank you all and well done!
There are as a delay on in the central bench as the material was very delicate and brittle. It broke on them three times. They did it three times. The result was spectacular. The only issue I have is they didn’t tell me and I found out accidentally - I would have completely understood. No hesitation in using them again.
