Its a bit shocking to read these horrendous reviews. I find them really good at work.

You Guys are very Helpful. Filling online application is easy , had little problem in online appointment but that was sorted out through walk in and Guy at entry was so helpful. Special Thanks to Miles who helped me to process my application. I had a form attested by Jp which should have attested by Notary and Miles on the spot helped me and directed to me Notary office. He was professional and very helpful in deed. Thank You Miles for your wonderful effort.

I wish I could give them less than 1 star. Worst ever service, they never answer the phone or they set it to office close timings when you know it is open and if you go to their office, they pick their knowns and family members over everyone else waiting. Poor communication, no basic manners to any of the people that work there.

After the lockdown today the office has re opened for the applications and process. It was not crowded and did my application quickly. The employees are very helpfull

I can engineer a Rocket easily and travel to Mars and back, rather than use VFS services for PCC & OCI Very confusing website, Documents checklist is prepared with zero sense. From my understanding, there are millions of IT engineers/resources from India and globally, please simplify things for common man understanding.
