I'm really disappointed Nespresso.nI purchased a Creatista Pro Machine, which retails for around $900. I love this machine and it makes great coffee but the after service is dreadful.nMy machine is still under warranty and is not currently working (milk is not heating up). I was sent a replacement milk frother but that did not solve the problem. This took three days for a replacement part to arrive. I called Nespresso again a told them that the machine was still not working. Nespresso suggested that they would have to service my new machine (still under warranty) and they would not replace the machine. Also that the service may take up to two weeks. So in total over three weeks without coffee and after spending $900 on a machine.nNot only did I have to send the coffee machine off to Nespresso at the post office and provide my own bubble warp and box, I had to print the return consignment. Nespresso did offer to pick up the machine but someone has to be home during the day, which is inconvenient if you are working. I have had better experiences with some other lesser well know brands. Just something to consider when buying a machine from Nespresso, Member 3120034

I understand with covid on that things are different. But stuff are to over baring at this location I go in frequently and still get overwhelmed by staff. I find it convenient going to the store as it is only a block from work I go in and buy 4 sleeves of purple pods several staff asking me have I sanitized what do I want do I need anything from one or two staff yes but more than that is to much. I’m even asked at check out if I want other products. I understand I work in customer service as well but there is a line

I had the most amazing service at this store by a lady (Hengwah) from the moment I walked into the store and left she had a smile on her face and was so helpful with the coffee selection as I dont have a nespresso machine but after this positive experience I will look into possibly owing my own Nespresso. Keep up the amazing service.

Very much frendly staf I found inside boutique during my last visit couple of days ago. I was enjoying teasting New coffie aroma especialy from purple capsules. Thank you for your kind hospitality. I will be back!
