Mister Minit Northpark Prospect

Just went to 'Mister Minit' to get something very special engraved. I asked him if he did engraving, he said yes, I asked him if he was good, he said NO!!! Pathetic!! I asked him if he was joking and he said no. Why do you advertise engraving if you can't do it. And yes, his manner was rude to say the least!!! Never ever go there for anything. He's obviously lazy and doesn't want to work!!!! The worst customer service I've had in years!!!! So disappointing!

I didn't catch the gentleman's name to busy chatting away with him, but want to give him a huge thank you for engraving our wedding rings, My wife's ring was so small but he did an incredible job. Great eye.
