Dunno what this one star reviews about? Kim at the Chatswood stores a bloody legend, great service, installer was a great guy too. 100% would recommend these guys.
Terrible after sales service. Would give them zero rating. Issues with carpet installation after couple of months. Don’t pick up or discuss on phone so had to go to store to talk about the issues. Nothing done after multiple emails despite them knowing that we are out of Sydney and can’t come personally to follow up. Recommend don’t bothering with them.nnNot rating on the quality of product as they sell products that can be found at other vendors as well. Maybe competitively priced but the after lack of actual after sales service negates it.
