Andrew W came to do the pest control of my commercial kitchen. He delivers good service everytime, go through very thoroughly and explained small details. I'd love to have him for my each inspections :)

Ed, the technician, is great. We would however appreciate it if we can be notified when he will be onsite.

Kris was on time, really cared about the livestock in our store and making sure the chemicals wouldn't drift, was super friendly and up for a laugh! And did a very very good job shutting down our wood lice infestation!

After an uphill battle to eradicate nuance mice above our master bedroom, my partner rang and arranged a call out. Sue was very helpful over the phone and provided detailed info about the services they can provide and what options we have. Leigh came out and performed the first stage of a structured baiting program and stepped through the process of what needed to happen from my end to give us the best possible chance. He came at 9am and no noise at all that night or since he came. He’s also told us where they’re most likely coming from, species and population. We’re both over the moon with the service provided by Rentokil as the disruption in sleep for months was wearing thin. I tried baits and traps available from hardware stores with minimal success, droppings showing signs of digestion but still numbers in the roof each night and finding the occasional dead mouse on the lawn. To have an uninterrupted comfortable sleep at night is just awesome and we’re extremely thankful!
