We purchased a vanity from this business this morning and the service we received from the initial phone call through to the final purchase was exceptional. The price was very good and we highly recommend the business.

Made an enquiry about an advertised vanity basin that showed a top and mixer tap with price below only to be told rather rudley that the mixer tap and top is extra over the price showing. I sent an email suggusting that this is deceptive was returned with rude and arrogant comments.nDefinately will take my business elswherenYour ad clearly shows a photo of the cabinet top and tap with a price below it.nThe price should have an * next to it which indicates to look for further information on the price.nI stand by my comments that I find your ad deceptive.nI also work in sales and have never replied to a customer in the same abrupt and rude manner with smart arse comments and emojis in which you have replied to my emails.nGood luck with your business and marketing approach.

Purchased a whole range of bathroom products for a renovation. Great quality, range and service. Both the plumber and I are extremely happy with the result!

Bought a pin lever kitchen mixer. When plumber installed it, the tap wouldn't work so he had to supply one of his own. Now Bathware Direct won't refund the purchase price even though I have returned the tap to them. So they can see it is a faulty tap
