Not the first time I've experienced this lack of customer service. Staff always seem more interested in packing shelves than serving customers. If I didnt really need what I went in for I would have left! Never going back rude female not so helpful male staff!!!

Four staff working, empty store- nobody greeted or offered help. Just stood behind counter chatting, very unprofessional with a sheer lack of basic customer service.
