We grabbed some fuel and food from the Shell Express on the 28.03.2021 at 10am.nnThe male staff member who served us was extremely friendly and deserves some kind of recognition.nnThe store was well presented, as were the toilets.
The toilets were the most disgusting ever experienced - filthy and rank. Bins around the outside all overflowing with rubbish as were the parking areas. Picnic area rubbish ridden, mouldy tables and seats. What a mistake having white shorts!
Not surprised reading these reviews. Old bloke with glasses @ the counter was rude.
The guy had a go at me for using my phone, when the extent of my phone use was getting it out of my car after I’d fuelled up to pay. Was weird.
Guy at the counter was unneccessarily rude, made up some stuff just to have a go at me. Just go to the Southbound side, much friendlier.
