Newcastle Carpet One staff were always friendly and professional from discussing our needs with Kathleen in store to the installation of our carpet and vinyl planks. Thank you Sean and Chris who went above and beyond with our tiles at short notice and also to Hayden and Mitch the installers for their great work and attention to detail.

Really lovely bunch of people who knew what they were doing and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. This was important to me as my yard was a mess at the time that I was getting new curtains put in our studio and kitchenette. Due to a delay (which was my fault) and then some changes to my order, Amanda came out with samples to check colour selection and dimensions again. Lee the installer is a great listener and was happy to vary standard ways of doing things so the finished job is perfect! Highly recommended. Thank you guys :-)

We had such a Fantastic Experience with the Team at Newcastle Carpet One and would highly recommend them. Kathie and Sean provided Wonderful Customer Service and the product we wanted at a Great Price. We didn’t have to wait long and the Carpet was in! The Installers attention to detail was Exceptional (we had just painted our skirting boards and they took such care to make sure that there were no scratches or dents) and you could see that they really cared about doing the best job for us. Thank You!

Customer service was above and beyond. My initial contact was during Christmas break but two sales persons contacted me even though the store was not open. Living overseas the selection of carpet and vinyl was not easy but the customer service was excellent and Kathie Bowtell went out of her way to send me photographs and descriptions to help me make the right choice. I am very happy with how the finished installation looks and the installation was made a very smooth process with excellent communications along the way. I will definitely return to Carpet One for my future home needs,
