I placed an order early July. Order status has always been awaiting fulfilment. Have called and left messages with no response and sent emails also no response. I do not recommend dealing with this company
I bought 2 types of coat hangers. One of the hangers was not what I ordered and the other was not the colour I was expecting. After numerous calls, I finally got a hold of the owner (who was incredibly rude) but we decided I would return the hangers and get a refund. After sending the hangers back at my own cost, I waited for my refund to come. After more unanswered phone calls and emails I am still waiting for my refund (4 months later). I do not recommend this company, they are impossible to get in contact with. Purchase at your own risk.
The quality and value for money of the coathangers I purchased in bulk was exactly as described and I was really happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend. When I need to purchase more, I will definitely be back.
Purchased 100 velvet coathangers for my home and unfortunately the colour I selected wasn't right so I wanted to exchange for another colour. I have emailed three times with no response. Called twice and left voice message with no response. I have been trying to get in touch with company for a week now and have heard nothing.
Great product and very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend and will be using them again.
