Great customer service
I can't believe how nice everyone is here even when it's packed. I was in on the weekend and because of their Winter Sale they were flat out but they were always smiling and willing to help out. Mind you there was only 2 staff on with about 10 people in the store all asking for help!nnI went in for their special deal on the puffer jacket but they didn't have my size on the shop floor, the girl that served me searched high and low and even went out the back to look for one for me but couldn't find anything. Because of that she did however order one in for me! She even recommended in how to care for the jacket too, I would have never known if she didn't tell me.
