easy parking, but it kind of stops there. the rudness of the deli staff left a fowl taste in the mouth. sorry
Well at least Annilease in the Deli department and the nice Lady at the Self-Serve are working and offering Good Customer Service. Thursday 4th June 2021 .........................................................Management is failing customers. Staff are unkempt, their uniforms haven't seen an iron in a week. The deli is again, understaffed. Shabby and half empty. Good Grocers, Fresh Provisions, Farmer Jacks, any good IGA put it to shame.nAnd its been at least a week since a panel on the deli cabinet has been broken and still not replaced. Gladwrap and sticky tape is not good enough. Not in the 80s, not in 2019.nYou must do better, Coles.
This is a good store to shop in, plenty of Acrod bays. My only complaint is that the shelves are messy and there is no logic to how items are grouped. I would like to see more Vegan products stocked.
Good shopping, especially Kosher items.
Yes they are very helpful the staff were lovely..
