After returning two lots of keys twice (that did not fit my lock) that were cut by Bunnings Jarrod from Nelson's cut me two new keys to perfection.nThankyou kindly - I will be going back there for sure - very very happy thankyou Jarrod.

We drove from the Barossa Valley to Port Adelaide to get a car key cut after receiving an online quote. This is a 3 hr round trip excluding wait times. The key was cut but apparently there was an issue with the programming so my son was told they would ring when it was ready. That was over a week ago with no contact. We have since been forced to make alternative arrangements. A very unprofessional experience and the lack of customer service and follow up is incredibly disappointing especially when your clients have made such a long journey
