Gemstone completed a bathroom renovation for us which consisted of completely tearing out the old and building the new. Ahmed communicated very well and we always felt we knew exactly where we were in the process and what to expect each day. Ahmed and all of his trades were reliable, punctual, professional and did an amazing job. When we hit some small issues, they were quickly resolved. We are very happy with our new bathroom and highly recommend Gemstone.
Ahmed from Gemstone was great during our bathroom renovation. We had a few companies come around to quote this job. Many were scared off by the scale of the job, but Ahmed grabbed it by the horns and produced a brilliant bathroom. We were away during the renovation but he kept us up to date, and when there was any issue, would not only ring, but have some ideas to overcome the problem.nWould highly recommend.

If I could I would have left 10 stars! The team from Gemstone Home Reno’s came out and gave my bathroom and ensuit a whole new make over!! I couldn’t recommend the Gemstone team - they did a fantastic job on my bathroom renovation - it was so profession - so reliable and really great at managing the whole project on my behalf. They were always on site and dealt with any issues or concerns before it was even brought to my attention. I was called every morning at 7am with a plan for the day - and an update at the end of the day. They were by far one of the most professional services I’ve ever used on my investment properties.
