We hired K2 Projects to re-build our laundry room and add a flat-roof Colorbond pergola and we would recommend them. They do not cut corners which is always important for us when hiring professionals.nnKarl is punctual and responds to your messages/calls quickly. He was never rude and answered all our questions throughout the job. He's one of the few builders/tradesmen I've met that actually replies back to your emails which we value as we prefer things in writing to avoid any misunderstandings. He also remains on-site with sub-contractors to supervise - we have had an experience with a different builder for a full bathroom renovation who promised to be on-site but rarely was which led to issues that could have been easily avoided.nnThe job went largely smoothly except for the pergola installation. I would not recommend the tradesmen that was contracted to install our pergola due to their workmanship quality. We raised our concerns with Karl and he resolved the issues with an outcome we were happy with. We've had experiences with other builders being quite defensive and rude when we pointed out concerns with other jobs, but Karl was never like this. We understand that not all jobs run 100% smoothly and appreciate the way he handled any issues along the way.nnMany of my friends have told us the renovation looks amazing. BIG thanks K2 Projects!
