If you want a positive and easy experience go to Southbank Day Surgery instead. Oxford would not bill my private health fund directly because it is not one they work with often so now I have to pay upfront and go through the hassle of submitting claims to my insurance. They also can't guarantee when I will get the coding form to submit to my health fund so I don't know when I will receive my money back. I asked their senior leadership to look into this and I didn't even receive the courtesy of a response. Southbank billed the same health fund a few months ago with no issues and is much more helpful for patients. Go there instead. The doctors at Oxford are wonderful but the hospital's financial policies are not focused on patients at all.

I had my vasectomy there, the doctor and staff were all fantastic... it was much less scary than I thought! Highly recommended

Extremely efficient and friendly servicennI could not have been more satisfied with the service provided by Oxford Day Surgery staff.nnThey were able to accommodate me almost immediately that my R&R from offshore work commenced on two consecutive swings over the Christmas period, which was amazing in itself.nnAll staff their were friendly and co-operative in every way and the surgery itself, performed by Dr Paul Cherian, was carried out expediently and with very little discomfort despite the sensitive area involved (eyelid).nnEvery part of my experience there, which I'd initially feared, was exceptional. Oxford Day Surgery went above and beyond to look after me today, from start to finish it all ran smoothly and was straight forward. Dr Amit Verma was wonderful from the very 1st consultation and made me feel comfortable during the surgery. I couldn't fault the nursing team or any staff member. All were friendly and professional. Thank you!

Fantastic Day hospital *****nnBoth reception and nursing staff are professional, comforting and friendly. Doctors work is superb. Highly recommend the Oxford Day Surgery.
