We were looking to buy a high-end charcoal BBQ as a gift for a 50th birthday and called Weber Moore Park. We spoke with Lyn who was an absolute delight to deal with - she was friendly, helpful, informative and made everything so easy - she even called me back when my phone kept dropping out. Lyn followed up with a number of emails as promised. We then visited Lyn in-store and again she was wonderful - she explained the whole delivery process and already had our accessories ready to go in bags when we arrived. Lyn is cheerful, good-natured and lighthearted but also professional and knowledgable. Whenever we need anything BBQ in the future we will return to Lyn and Weber as the service has been outstanding. It's hard to find great customer service these days but we have been very impressed by the service we received. Thank you!

we went there before to have a look for the BBQ last week but got very terrible service from Oliver, seem like he is a manager; however, we went back again days later and met the Asian lady, Lyn. She is very helpful and friendly, very patient to explain all details of BBQ and accessories. We are so happy with her customer service and ended up purchasing way more than expected. We can't wait to go back and purchase more from her.

The customer service here is exceptional. Jacob really went above and beyond to help us out! He was very helpful with cooking advice as well. Cannot recommend enough.nWe can't wait to try out our new Weber BabyQ!
