If you are lucky enough to have April assist you when shopping for bedding. April went above and beyond and couldn't do enough for a lady who was visually impaired and hearing impaired. April was a natural and provides excellent customer service. Seriously knowledgeable about the products and was so focused on allowing the lady to feel the products. April described and detailed every last piece of every product the lady was interested in. I will never ever look anywhere again. If it was possible to give 10 stars I would.
