We had carpet installed and another room re-laid. The job was well done, no fuss. Brian was really knowledgeable and competitive with his pricing. Highly recommend.

Alpha Systems installed carpet throughout our house recently and they were competitive, considerate and efficient. Over the years we have had many carpets installed in properties we have managed and Brian and his team came up trumps in all departments. Steve the layer was a clean, tidy and polite worker. Every thing was cleaned up, furniture re assembled and all off cuts and old carpet promptly removed. We were more than satisfied in every respect.

Really happy with the job. We had a couple of other quotes and advice from other flooring companies. Alpha Floors was good value and gave really practical, knowledgeable advice. The guys that did the job were old school tradies - no fuss, had years of expertise and did a great job. There was some extra work in fixing the floor and the extra charge was totally reasonable.

Terrible experience, workmanship and product. Our carpet is clearly faulty, badly fitted (coming away from the walls and not secured on the stairs) and appears untreated (the smallest drop of water stains). We've not heard back from the owner after repeated efforts to get in touch. Our last carpet lasted ten years, after just ten months this one looks as though it's decades old. Only giving one star as can't give none. These people should not be in business. Please don't use this company.

So happy with my carpet and service from Alpha Floors. The carpet layer was so nice and did a fantastic job. Brian and Ron could not have been more helpful and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
