Had an amazing shopping experience at this shop today. Staff was extremely professional. It showed that they enjoyed working there and had a good time. For me as a costumer, that translated into top notch costumer service.nEspecially Daniel B from small appliances (I think it was small appliances? I bought a fitbit) was really helpful.
Bought a washing machine and paid for next day delivery last Thursday. It is now Sunday and we are still waiting for delivery with a text message telling us they are too busy to deliver today!! Delivery will be Monday. Might be competitive pricing BUT buyer beware they do not honour what you pay for. Will never shop here again. Lost us back to Harvey Norman. Not good enough good guys.

Good Guys generally have a great variety of products, Chatswood didn't disappoint. Thanks again for a great experience, will be back. I needed a modem/router and Daniel in the IT department was extremely helpful and assisted me with my purchase. He took the time to explain the different products available, the specifications, features, advantages and disadvantages of various models. He took the time to make sure I got the product I required. Very grateful for his time and assistance. Never felt rushed or pressured to make a choice, even though it was close to the end of his shift, stayed back a little to make sure I was happy with my choice. He's an asset to the store and company.
