Terrible terrible. Spoke to me terribly Just lost my mother and that day my sister . Since covid havnt had my regular services in the house for my incurable disability instead of doing job he took photos of house and sent them to real estate . Getting a family potentially evicted . But took 5 photos of one same area so it looked like 5 different areas . The garage where alot is stored . Maybe best he does his job at pest controlling not taking photos of storage and sending to clients real estates thanks for adding more stress to a little families life thats already escaped terrible trauma ...

Absolutely the worst service and rudest receptionist if you are using these people check to see if they are actually doing their job.nIf you have a concern about their work you won’t get a response from the manager he will not return calls. I wanted to know why they were not checking all stations service guy told me they were only allocated 10 mins for the Job, you don’t’ get what you paid for. We had 25 B/stations not all were being checked.
Missed detecting white ants so I ask for the inspection to be done again in case they missed on our other properties they had another inspector do it again and made us pay again. Manager very rude to me. By the way he was the one who missed the white ants.
Go elsewhere. Don’t expect them to send the invoice to the correct place. Expect messages demanding payment on an invoice you never received. Don’t expect them to help you get the invoice.nTo accounts: I will pay the invoice within a week if you actually getting it to me!
