Had someone come around to quote a blind on the 14th August. No quote received, so I phoned on the 23rd September (5 weeks later), to be told I'd be phoned when the person arrived back to the office, maybe his missing in action due to COVID. Now nearly 7 weeks and still haven't heard from them. Would not recommend this company at all. They say to shop local, but having this experience, any wonder we look elsewhere.
Definitely would not recommend.nNo communication.nNo duty of care.nNo empathy whilst discussing issues.nVery poor service.
