Amazing service from a young red headed girl, her customer service skills were outstanding - she really helped me choose the colours and plan the design of my balloon display for a very special occasion. She certainly went above and beyond. Prior to my delivery, Helen contacted me reassuring me that my order would arrive on time and looked fabulous. She wasn't wrong - super happy with the order! Kayleigh was beyond helpful and so lovely to interact with too! I had a very important last minute request and she was able to coordinate between both Rose Bay and Bondi Junction stores to ensure my order was complete! This store is convenient , I ordered my balloons for my daughters birthday, got all the party favours and collected after I finished my shopping.
