Good bloke he was kind to replace a toilet seating washer to flush mechanism that I brought in so didn't sell me a new one. It did the job, I also had to give it time to bed in, saved me from buying a new cistern.
They don't stand for they promise. You cannot trust these guys at all. Specifically their manager have no idea about customer service. He needs to get trained before training his guys. I do not recommend them.
Defiantly one of the best Reece stores around. Staff are friendly, efficient and stick to their word.
Peter in parts is fantastic.
