In just a couple of months trading with FA Blinds, they have made blinds the wrong size, the wrong hand, pelmets the wrong size, dispatched an order to the wrong address and failed to action 2 orders completely. Then they take umbrage at something I said and promptly cut-off supply without warning, even refusing to honour existing orders despite a legal obligation to do so and leaving me strung up high and dry in the process. How utterly unprofessional and vindictive can you get?
