Best place by far for all flooring needs! highly recommend it!
Store manager Tony in Castle Hill store offers great customer service to help us choose the right floor wood that suits our needs and matches with our original Spotted Gum flooring at home. Tony is very patient to answer our questions and provides professional advice to us. The installer Simon arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He pays attention to details and the installation of the whole procedure is very smooth. All our family members like our new flooring and we appreciate the great service that Simon has provided to us. Thank you very much Ozwood!
Diss-organised mess! Advertising on Ebay/Gumtree an old address which still had their signs in the Homemakers Centre, very frustrating and difficult to find wonder what actual service is like :-(nAfter plenty of messing around walked into the showroom and was greeted by a guy who promptly walked off to serve someone else (male) who arrived after us. We left...nStill advertising old address 25th June.
I was served by Tony Chen at Ozwood in Caslte Hill. Tony provided exceptional customer service. He was professional, efficient, and clear and thorough in his communication. I bought a Barock laminate, which has very good advertised qualities. The installation team was also very professional. Overjoyed by Tony's service.nKen
