From our first initial quote meeting with Franco, to all the customer service throughout with Monica and finally the amazing installers who did a stunning job! We were super impressed with the entire process, all whilst they worked all through the stresses of COVID and didn’t drop the ball once. We LOVE our curtains and shutters so much, and everyone that comes over also falls in love with them. Thank you guys so much! We will definitely be back to finish off our home with some Security doors and roller blinds soon. Much appreciation to you all!

Unfortunately we cannot recommend this company. We had simple roller blinds installed and are very disappointed with the outcome.nnFIRST MISTAKE: misleading information. We asked for single blinds for each bedroom and were told we couldn’t have them. Based on this, we decided on 3 panels of blinds. Later on we found out that we could’ve had single blinds and this is confirmed by Paul the owner and another blinds company.nnSECOND MISTAKE: poor measurements. After we had the blinds installed, there are large and uneven gaps between the blinds ranging from 3.5cm-6cm. They admitted that their guy did a bad job with the measurements and offered to rectify this.nnTHIRD MISTAKE: poor communication and rectifying process. They sent another guy to inspect the issues. He said he will send the report to the company and someone will contact us back to discuss options. Didn’t hear anything back after 3 weeks. Contacted Paul the owner as we were frustrated with the lack of response, he then offered to change the blinds with single blinds as we originally wanted and we were happy with this resolution. However, 3 hours later he called us at 9.30pm to say that someone had already ordered a new set of blinds (they had ordered ahead without discussing or confirming with us) and he won’t change them to single blinds anymore. They then tried to throw the blame on us, when they were the ones not communicating with us in the first place.nnThere are other issues such as wait time and creasings on the fabric that I won’t go into here.nOverall very disappointing result and experience with what should’ve been a straightforward job so we cannot recommend this company.

I've been dealing with IBASG for a while. I love their service and they are wonderful people. I can't recommend them enough.
