Purchased a mini bar fridge through Appliance Giant. Very quick service and they delivered pretty much the second business day. The delivery guy was easy to deal with and rang half an hour before they arrived. Would be happy to use Appliance Giant again.

First time buying from them - we needed a good quality kettle quite quickly as our one broke. They had a good range and very good prices. They delivered it very quickly too! We experienced excellent customer service and didn’t experience any issues.nVery happy, I will definitely be using these guys again!

Terrible... avoid! They don't appear to hold stock and are simply resellers.nnOrdered a stick vac from them late November. It was listed as IN STOCK and as it was coming from Sydney and being delivered to ACT Metro a Pre-Christmas delivery should have been more than manageable. NOT SO.nnNot only did the item arrive after Christmas (it took over 5 weeks from order date!), there was ZERO communication from them. I sent no less than 3 emails trying to find out where this Christmas present was, and got nothing in return.nnWhen the item finally arrived, it did so in substandard condition (see pics). Clearly ripped prior to shipping (shipping was intact, box underneath was badly torn).nnI'd give this company no stars if I could. For the $5 I saved in going for the dirt cheapest offer available online, I should have gone with any of the other online retailers I normally would. Horrible service, horrible communication, and horrible shipping times.nnAVOID AVOID AVOID!
