Customer service none exists.. voice raised and bad behaviour toward Asian customer, they started gossip just right the moment customer walked out the door.
I expected the customer service to be consistent with how the store is always presented, bright and beautiful. Chris came across extremely inpatient and very unpleasant to deal with. I could feel the irritation from the moment I walked in. Perhaps he had a long day and just wanted to go home and not serve the last few people in the store? If this is the case he should not be working in retail/customer services.nnI bought 12 water glasses and the attitude and rude tone I received from Chris was really unnecessary. Learn some basic manners Chris!
