Dr Lydia Hubbard has been my doctor since August 2020. I have found her extremely professional, very caring and doesn't mind to take extra time to explain everything that I need, and with my condition, she always find the right diagnostic. She is AWSOME!nSame goes with the reception. Very helpful and always welcoming you with a smile
Best medical practice I have ever attended in particular Lydia Hubbard is awesome she goes above and beyond for her patients and I would be lost without her xx
Reception staff are lovely! So helpful and caring. Used to have great doctors, now they just have basic, seemingly uneducated doctors that mess with pre-existing medication and treatment plans for no reason and cause you massive amounts of stress and grief. Lydia in particular is a shocking doctor and refuses to prescribe medication that is needed. A decent place to attend in a pinch, but probably the worst medical centre to make your regular stop. Not assisting with necessary medical documents and medications froms. Go elsewhere!
All the Doctors at this practice are really nice. Office staff are amazing too
