Good service and price
The person at the counter was extremely helpful to replace a Caroma cistern valve washer. In fact he told me a trick how to fix it correctly. Excellent customer service.
Many thanks to Abram for being so kind, helpful and willing to ask for assistance when my requirements turned out to be a bit more complicated than I expected.nnMany thanks also to that senior colleague for taking the time and effort to solve our laundry tap problem so graciously, without embarrassing the beginners!nnOur double-decker taps are stupidly difficult to turn with wet hands and the new ones available are the same. Problem solved: go old school with two pairs of regular taps to match the kitchen & bathroom instead. The extra infrastructure cost will be worth it in the long term.ud83dude0a
