KFC Nambucca Heads

I ordered for a zinger box and an additional zinger burger by itself. Though I asked 3 times if they have included the additional zinger burger, the attendant confidently told me that it is in the zinger box. I sit down and open the box, to my little surprise, the zinger burger was missed out.nnTo add to my misery, when I went back and showed the missing burger, the attended did add the burger this time in the box but as I turned away from the counter the box have away and half the contents of the box were spilt on the floor.nnThe quality seemed good though.

I was only in briefly but hearing the staff having a good time and singing on the late night shift really made my day and the food was fresh and their service was friendly

Often they will forget parts of order. Very slow. Chicken tastes like its been sitting there all day.

Excellent customer service, a piece of my chicken fell on the floor and without saying anything they brought out another piece in a box. Thank you ud83dude4fud83cudffc

Rubbish service.nnWaited 25mins for the food.nnBarely a person on the counter to serve and there is no self serve. Appears drive thru takes priority even with a line of people waiting for their food.nnThen they got the order wrong, for nearly everyone.nnShould have just gone elsewhere.
