Domino's Pizza Zetland

Absolutely hopeless. Staying in a hotel with 2 starving kids. Ordered $39 worth of pizza at 5pm. Rang at 6.15 only to have uncertainty about my order. Told it was delivered at 5.25pm!!!!! Told them I obviously didn't get it. 7.15pm opened door there it was with no knock on the door.

Avoid this store. I ordered online at 6.42pm and I waited for over 2 hours. I called twice and they said it is delivered but I didn't receive anything, that is so ridiculous. I went to the store and the food was on the shell. I don't understand how the idi*t staff checked my order and how the idi*t driver delivered food.

Got order wrong twice. They did offer to rectify it but even after the attempt it was made incorrect the 2nd time. And after the 2nd time, pizza was not cooked properly and food were cold. Dough was still semi cooked. Asked to be cooked more under the oven but they said it can't be done because it's been placed into the box. Tired of the issues so just grabbed it, went home to place It into our own ovens. Disappointed overall though there was an attempt to rectify

I mean, it's a Domino's, don't get too excited, but this 5-star rating is because they serve vegan pizzas, which aren't too bad, and they are centrally located, with fast delivery, and clean location. Go Domino's!
