Meg was really helpful, efficient and knew her stuff - 5 stars
Have had multiple issues with this branch. Staff are not helpful at all. Have to make a booking to see any one but they dont answer phones. Branch manager "Loz" refused to help with issues directly caused by the Noosa Civic branch and talks around questions without answering them. Very dissapointed!!!
Customer service girl Daniela seemed like she didn't know what she was talking about, and could not care less about us at all. The only banker that was there, was just chatting away with customer, without acknowledging us or saying how much longer would she be. According to the CS girl, there was another banker at the back, doing "her work". I guess onboarding new customers is not part of it. We wanted to open the account, arrived at 3:15, waited till 3:50 and just left. Not the best start guys. Poor customer service
