Here at the bank to deposit the kids cheques from there grandparents from xmas only one poor lady serving huge line out the door. I stand and wait with the kids reading all the propaganda on the walls about service. I have banked with the cba all my life and i quess with those poor profit returns they cant afford those really expansive tellers anymore. Time to move i think.
1 out of 5, im sorry greed took over here, bad service and bad in general. I tried to be loyal member, but it got too much. Sad story, sad case, and greed & Corruption took over. I expect commbank to be in headines soon.
Really Bad Service . They need staff like their other branch as Coolum , Gympie branch :) they know how to deal with customer . This Tewantin branch staff nothing compare to Their other two branches
Just called the bank for some information and spoke with Raelene or Rayann. She was about as much help as talking to the cat, as matter of fact I had to fill her in on the policy by what I found on the internet. If any problems, call the toll number, like we eventually had to do.
