I've been banking with BOQ for ten years and have been with BOQ Noosa for a 6 years. The customer service is top notch and it is possible to love a bank! Roxy was really helpful and friendly. Often resolve any minor issues within minutes. Love banking with BOQ Noosa.

We recently engaged Terri Morris, Mobile Lending Manager from Bank of Queensland Noosa to assist us with consolidation and refinance of our mortgage. Terri advised us of our options, guided us through each step and kept us informed as the application progressed. Having a mobile lender really helped with a personalised service that fit in with our schedule. The process was simple and efficient and we are very happy with the outcome. We had an absolutely seamless transition into BOQ through refinancing our fairly complex portfolio. Luke Hulcombe, Lending Manager, BOQ Noosa was awesome to deal with. He provided professional advice and was not pressurising through the process but very personable. Everything was done fast and extremely efficiently in an on-line fashion. He managed to secure us a great deal too. As we progressed through the process, we were introduced to Courtney Holford, Lending Specialist, BOQ Noosa. She displayed efficiency, meticulous attention to detail and was very detailed and explicit in her correspondences with us. She made the arduous administrative process of refinancing, simple and easy to accomplish in a short period of time. Their customer service to us as clients has made us feel that they only had our best interest at heart. We are glad we’ve made this decision to join BOQ as we are heartened to know that we will be looked after.
