Worst ANZ branch I've ever visited. Staff seemed friendly and tried their best but the branch design has removed all tellers and instead has a few desks and two atm deposit machines which no one seems to know how to use. The queue is squeezed into a tiny space near and out the door. I waited for over 17 minutes and still couldn't get served.
Staff friendly and helpful but the new fitout is ghastly. Looks like the interior designer picked up odd end of line bargains at IKEA and then threw them together. Customers have to queue standing just inside the front door with no ticketing system so the elderly and infirm have to stand in line - very poorly thought out👎
