I went to Merrylands Family Practice for a medical check up. The receptionist was very accommodating and help me to get an appointment on that same day. The doctor (Dr. Soe) was very professional and answered all my inquiries. Highly recommended GP and clinic.

Worst customer service from the receptionist girl with long black hair who was working on Friday the 11th of June, night shift. I booked an appointment before going and arrived an hour before my appointment. There were people that came way after me and she made everyone to go and see the doctor before me. She listed my name the last person. I would never ever go to this clinic. I have arthritis and waited very long in the cold weather, and she never told me she put my name last person to see the doctor. She was very unfriendly and does not know how to talk to customers. A manager or an owner needs to fix this problem. I want to tell that disrespectful receptionist ( hey girl don't differentiate between people and place someone you don't like as the last person to see the doctor. Do your job correctly )

They sent me a link to download an app because they encourage online bookings. Downloaded app, made booking got confirmation email for a telephone consultation. Waited a while after appointment time and heard nothing from the dr. Called in to ask and was served with the RUDEST receptionist! The service is appalling. Don’t waste your time here unless you’re desperate. Your money is better spent elsewhere. They don’t even send you a courtesy text that the Dr is running late. All you get is a rude lady on the phone telling you she can’t do it.

I highly recommend to visit Merrylands family practice. All the staff members are kind and polite. Dr Baburam Bastakoti is best GP and his counseling is one of the best part. I am happy with their services.nThank you Merrylands family practice team.

The new receptionist is very unethical and insults patients. She is extremely unprofessional and because of her, this practice will go down unfortunately.
