The product delivered was excellent, the painted doors are perfect. Considering this company are manufactures only they certainly delivered my personal designed joinery complete ready for my installer.
If you’re planning a kitchen renovation or new kitchen and you want a lovely seamless finish inside and out - I would recommend NOT engaging virtual joinery. We have a “new” kitchen and the finish is very disappointing for the following reasons:n- The shelves do not sit flush within the cupboardsn- The edges of the shelves are raw and chippedn- The screws are visible where the cupboards have been installedn- My handless kitchen has handles!!!!n- My lockable caustic cupboards have no locksn- The install has been sloppynnWe have reported these issues and very basic things have been done to correct but the main issues still remain. Very bad quality.
Absolutely disgraceful service. They don't give their customers any information on why the goods are delayed and keep putting the delivery date out further and further. If they can't manufacture items and have them delivered in a timely fashion they shouldn't take the orders. They fail to realise people and tradesman are waiting on these items to complete jobs. Terrible business practice and attitude.
