Kitchen Connection

I had my kitchen redone by kitchen Connection. I had an idea in my head and Sam (the designer) was ready to run with it. I went colour and patterned tiles I am not the norm! I am very happy with the finished result. It is done on a budget using laminate doors and drawers, they look great. There were a few problems which they fixed straight away. The installers Trevor and Adam were my favorites, a pleasure to work with, magic guys.nThank you so much to Kitchen Connection

Great Quality Product, Fantastic Design, our kitchen looks amazing straight out of magazine brochure. I cannot thank the team at Kitchen Connection (West Gosford) enough.nnFrom start to finish the Team was amazing. To going into the show room to look at all the product and choices. Malcolm and his team where very knowledgeable and explained everything in plain English so it was very easy to understand and decide to what we wanted in the new kitchen.nnThe design Team (Travis) was fantastic. He came to our house and looked at the space. He listened to our ideas and even made suggestions we had not thought of to make the kitchen very functional and practical with the space we had available. Travis took his time to make sure the smallest detail was not overlooked. Once he had the final design planned he then rendered it all in a 3D model right in front of us on his computer so we could get a better visual of what it would look like when completed. This was a lot better than just trying to imagine what it would look like than from a 2D floor plan. It really helped us visualize the final product.nnI want to leave an honest review, so I will be honest. The installation portion could have gone smoother we did encounter some problems with the trades (life is not perfect right?) but our customer service manager Blake handled it like a pro. He apologized and ensured us that everything would get taken care of to our satisfaction. He then got in contact with the trades got them to come back (at no extra cost to us) and made sure the job was done right to satisfy us (which we really appreciated).nnWe could not be happier with the end result. Went in with a solid idea of what I was after not really having spoken to anyone before. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Angela. She listened to my ideas and offered some suggestions showing me around the showroom and answering every question I had. She was very knowledgeable and nothing was a chore for her. She wasn’t pushy as she knew My plans for the kitchen. Thank you again

Have been shopping around for kitchens for some time and found the long process of quotes taking too long to get or some lower than average cabinet makers. Made a decision to visit this shop and was greeted by an extremely friendly lady that helped show me some options that I didn't even know existed.nI had a designer in home and showing me my kitchen days later with a full price.nnHe was courteous, ON TIME! (weren't left waiting around which was great!) and involved the whole family.nInitially he did ask for business on the night, but we declined waiting for other quotes, after another week of waiting for these quotes, we made the choice to call the company back and they looked after us. Our new kitchen is FAR BETTER than we could have expected, it feels sturdy and is exactly how it was shown to us, and then some.nWe couldn't be happier and our whole process went smoothly, we still haven't received a quote from one of the other companies, and while the other did come back a little cheaper, we found out the build quality was not the same, so very happy with our decision. We will also be leaving a review on Product Review as well.

My first encounter with the girls in the showroom at West Gosford Kitchen Connection, was professional and we had a great time looking at their beautiful display of kitchens. I was given lots of information which helped me to learn about the quality i would be investing in. The colour selection was fun and we came up with a perfect combo that looks amazing in my home. The design was efficient and the 3D image really helped me visualise the new kitchen. The installation and tradesmen were on time, went smoothly and now I am so happy with my beautiful new kitchen. Can strongly recommend Kitchen Connection West Gosford to all my friends and family
