Love this place is open until 10pm. Wide range of doctors to choose from. So far the female doctors I've been seen by were friendly & very understanding. Was NOT treated as a patient over reacting. My circumstances were treated with respect & I left feeling heard & understood.

This place is good to go to without an appointment or same day appointment, however, the doctors are appalling. They don’t care to listen to your symptoms, no empathy or compassion. They just want to see you for 5 mins and kick you out so they get their patient count up. Best part is there is NO DIAGNOSIS. I booked a long consult (20mins) he gave me a letter to tell me how he was running late for his appointments and how I should be organised and only talk about 1-2 problems. First time I ever met him! I had 1 problem! Before I could read my symptoms to him (I had written them down at home to make it easier to remember ) he ignored them. He just did a check up for 2 mins and then spent 20 mins typing. In the end he tells me there is no diagnosis because he cannot access my reports (which he DID NOT REQUEST for) until I asked him. He gave me a referral and now my anxiety levels are so high that I am fuming at his nonchalance.

I have been to the Rockingham Medical Center a few times. Every time I visited I was treated with respect and kindness. The lady at the reception and the doctor were so lovely. Western diagnostic employees were kind and understanding.

I had microsurgery to repair a finger that was bitten by my dog accidentally and my after care instructions were that I attend my usual GP for a wound inspection, clean and redress . I booked an appointment with Dr Bob Oumo, a GP I've seen multiple times in the past and explained to the receptionist that I needed a wound inspection, clean and redress . I arrived at the scheduled time and was ask to wait . After almost an hour waiting, and Dr Bob seeing multiple walk ins while I waited for my scheduled appointment I asked the reception if he was aware I was waiting, only to be told Dr Bob Oumo refused to see me for unspecified reasons !!! I was then asked to instead wait for Dr Uwtoc and he would see me next. I waited for him and he also saw multiple patients before I again asked Reception if I was being seen as my wound was high a risk of infection, only to find out that Dr Uwtoc refused to see me also for no specific reason . I again queried the reason and was asked by reception if my appointment was related to schedule 8 medications and that this was the reason I was refused aftercare which left me embarrassed as there was a cue of people waiting . I explained that my appointment was a wound inspection, clean and redress as it was a high risk wound, I was told that doctors wouldn't be prescribing medications to which I replied I did not ask for medications and that the notes from the Fremantle hand clinic clearly stated what was required . After 1 hour and 45 minutes I was seen by a doctor Singh whose first question was "is my appointment medication related" ... again, I explained why I was there !!! I was left extremely embarrassed, denigrated and feel very much discriminated against by Doctors Oumo and Uwtoc . I wouldn't recommend either Doctors if that is their level of professionalism and I won't be attending the practice anymore .

Ive stopped coming due to always waiting too long and gps nof really listening,in regards to time I understand for walk ins how it may take a bit but when i make appointments i am always waiting well over my appointment times, even over an hour after and people would still be going in before me. Last time i went to this place i waited so long after my appointment, i went in with issues with my foot, when i saw someome eventually it was a very quick look and was told nothing was wrong, but it turned oht i had damaged a tendon, and had soft tissue damage, made it a lot. I dont see the point in rven making appointments if you have to wait well over the time, to just see gps that want to hear what you say bht bot listen and give yoh the quickest thing to get you out again.
