We were so pleased with the overall experience of using MyTimber. They provided the engineered timber flooring for our new build and it has turned out beautifully. It was evident right from the beginning that this is a company that is very passionate about the services they offer. So much time was spent figuring out what our needs were to ensure we were getting the best possible product for our home. And then when stock was low Brendan went above and beyond to source more to get our job done on time.nWe would definitely recommend this company, and can’t speak highly enough of the customer service we received from the showroom to installation, and everything in between.

So in love with our new floors they are stunning and Brendan bent over backwards to make the timber herringbone floors work in our house. Jared did an amazing job of prepping our floors and levelling them before he laid the herringbone pattern so it is absolutely perfect.nHighly recommend the team from my timber floors!

We have had nothing other than a great experience with Brendan and his My Timber team, we can't recommend them enough. From the amazing attention to detail, to the incredible customer service (being very patient during last minute colour changes and answering our numerous questions!), and the amazing quality of work. We couldn't be happier with our floors (we did a whole house).nWe originally went to My Timber due to the great reviews they got and they lived up to every single one. I can't overstate what a great experience this was for us, especially as this was something we were dreading to do. Brendan takes the time to really find the right solution for your property, your lifestyle and your taste. Most importantly there is no pushing to one product vs another just great honest advice on the pros and cons of each aspect. His attention to detail and the time he takes for his customers is second to none. He genuinely has a passion for what he does. I also have to mention the installation team, the quality of their work was very impressive, again the attention to detail was excellent and they were a delight to deal with, couldn't be more helpful.nSo, if you are looking for a great finished product, honest advice & guidance and a great experience look no further.

I would like to thank Brendan very much for the wonderful customer service that I received from all his staff members, it was outstanding. They couldn’t do enough for me when I was purchasing my shutters for our new home. The advice that he gave was second to none and certainly showed that he is a true tradesman who knows all of the products that he sells. His price was very competitive and the installers were on time, extremely friendly and were very professional with the installation. I would highly recommend My Timbers as an excellent local small business on the Central Coast. I would definitely use again. Thank you My Timbers and staff.
