Great customer service. Bought some stones for the garden and some garden edging. Good quality materials. The guy was super nice giving me an extra price of garden edge for free as I was short 0.5 metres. He was also very honest and didn't recommend me to buy more stones and only come back if I ran short. Highly recommended

I'm from country NSW with the plan of visiting Sydney to pick up stepping stone pavers whilst on holidays. I found Outdoor and General online before I left. They had exactly what I was looking for. Price was the lowest I could find, service by staff - couldn't be better. Linda you were terrific and efficient. You certainly knew your products.
