I had Glen attending to my place 2 weeks ago at postcode 2770 and I was very impressed with him. Was on time, knew his products and took his time to do both inside the house and outside. He was very thorough and explained things as he went. Great customer service skills. This was a re-spray as I was not happy with the first guy (he was in a hurry). Glen definitely worth more money...no more crawlies. Well done Glen.
I called BugFree to remove a very large wasp nest under my garage eaves, the receptionist was lovely and booked it in for the next day. The technician came and within about 5 minutes wasps and nest were gone, needless to say I was very relieved. I couldn’t recommend highly enough, the staff are lovely, great customer service and great price for a job well done!
I've had bugfree come to my house twice. Super friendly and pleasant when they come over. The product also works really well. Definitely will be a regular customer.
I will ud83dudc9c always use these guys as their quotes are great value, they are on time so no waiting around. I emailed them at 11.30 pm. Got a call 8.00 am next morning and they came out at 3.15 that day. The workers are friendly, professional, answer any questions you may have and the job is done in an amazing time. Extremely happy with the service and whilst here in the Sydney area when needed, I will only use this company.
I consider myself a hard critic, I dont give away 5 stars that easily, read my other reviews and you will know this. I have to give credit where its due and honestly very seldom do you come across a business with staff as dedicated to their customers as Bug Free Pest control are. The office staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. Their technicians were punctual and professional and carried out their work with no fuss while also giving me sound advice at the same time. Glad I started using Bug Free, absolutely hands down one of the best Australian businesses I've dealt with and I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family. Money well spent in my honest opinion.
